Card Security

We use on the leading providers of secure online card processing - Sage Pay.
All transaction information is input directly onto thier secure payment site. West Coast Surf do not have access to your card details. You can be completely assured that none of your card details can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. They are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

What happens if my order is out of stock

You will be notified that the item is out of stock and you can then decide whether to wait for us to receive fresh stock, or you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Gift Vouchers

These can be bought online and used in the shop.

Promo Voucher Codes

We sometime issue promo codes on our newsletter or site. These codes can only be used for online purchases and you will need to enter the code at the basket stage of the checkout process to receive your discount.

Only one promotional code can be used per transaction
Some promotional codes are specific to certain products and brands
Promotional codes cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers

Codes cannot be applied after you have ordered. You must enter the code at the checkout; if you don't enter the code you won't get the discount!


If you are unhappy with a product ordered - please return the product in its original condition (with packaging and tags) to us within 14 days. We will then offer a refund or alternative product. All you do is pay for the postage. We advise that you return the product using a secure delivery method as we are not responsible for items until we have received them.
If you receive your product and it is faulty, please return it to us stating the problem and we will refund or replace the product and pay for the return postage (please contact us first so that we can give you instructions on how to send it to us).

how to send it to us for assessment.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We will occassionally email you a newsletter with our lastest promotions. If you do not want to receive this, please use the
unsubscribe function on the newsletter.
We do not disclose any buyers information to third parties. We do not hold any buyers credit/debit cards details.
